Description du poste

* Ensures planning and implementation of methods and processes for the specific role
* Plans and provides development tools, skills and competencies for the specific role
* Responsible and coordination for necessary documentation tasks for the specific role
* Represents his/her subject internally and externally
* Initiates and ensures optimization, continues improvement and standardization of new and existing processes
* Proposes and assesses solutions for deviations and escalates according to defined escalation paths
* Creates and releases team internal instructions in alignment with LEONI standards
* Guarantees technology and market watch for e.g. Engineering tools (tools, methods, software; e.g. CAD-Design; Simulation) o Ensures reporting according reporting requirements (e.g. monthly, reporting line, tools…)
* Monitors progress of tasks (internal or customer ordered) for the specific role
* Initiates and tracks standardization activities for the specific role and aligns with LEONI standard
* Ensures team development and specific training if required o organizes communications (e.g. internal/international)
* Drives, monitors and reports team specific KPIs o Ensures deliverables according to commercial commitments
* Plans and coordinates external service providers if needed

Qualifications Et Expérience

Engineer in a related field, such as industrial management and 3+ years of experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills: Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills…
