Team Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Fez Prefecture. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and coordinating team activities, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring that team members are motivated and working efficiently. The Team Lead will also conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and training, and handle any issues that arise within the team. Additionally, the Team Lead will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining communication between team members and management.
