Project Manager

Job description:

Manage and lead multiple projects with different scopes in the IT/Banking industry; manage Business, technical and administrative aspects of the project, with emphasis on client engagement and successful delivery in collaboration with all involved stakeholders within the established quality, budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:

* Participate in estimate reviews and development of project documentations such as SoW, project plan, WBS…
* Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear project deliverables.
* Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
* Manage project resources remotely and in-situ
* Coordinate project activities and ensure seamless communication between team members, client and other stakeholders
* Monitor project progress and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
* Provide project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders as needed
* Identify project risks and issues and develop with project stakeholders, risk mitigation and issue resolution plans
* Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, finance or related field
* 3 + years of Proven experience managing project for end client, preferably in IT and/or Banking industry
* French and English at professional level
* Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
* Strong teamwork competencies with proven track record of matrix team delivering high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication and interpersonnel skills
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex risks, issues and concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proven experience in multiple project methodologies including, waterfall, agile and hybrid agile.
* Experience managing remote teams and offshore development resources
* Essential skills with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft teams, Confluence, SharePoint, Jira.
* Nice to have project management related certificate (CAPM, PMP, PSM, Prince 2…)
