Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Reports to: Head of HR, MEA Headquarters

We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our MEA Headquarters in Casablanca. This role combines operational ownership with high-level stakeholder engagement across multiple countries. You’ll be expected to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding—while partnering closely with HRBPs and regional business leaders.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, business-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This position offers visibility at senior levels and the opportunity to shape the TA function across the MEA Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and execute end-to-end recruitment across a range of functions and countries
* Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective talent strategies
* Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and market mapping
* Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience
* Maintain accurate data and pipeline reporting in the ATS
* Champion Stellantis’ employer brand and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
* Use talent insights to improve key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
* Collaborate with HR colleagues on workforce planning and onboarding

What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in multinational
* Strong mid-senior level sourcing and stakeholder engagement skills
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters)
* Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
* Fluent in English and French (Arabic is a plus)
* Experience working across multiple countries or with diverse teams is a strong asset
