Working Hours: 8 am to 4 pm gmt +4
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
* Providing Technical support on Email Authentication protocols, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI and acting as the first point of contact.
* Providing pre and post-sales technical support to customers.
* Performing product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers/partners.
* Answering product-related queries in a timely manner.
* Providing Support to clients via Helpdesk, Chat Support and through Web Sessions.
* Evaluating customers, suggesting upgrades or additional features.
* Engaging directly with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities.
* Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring deliverables arrive on time and in good condition.
* Developing excellent working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs
* Determining the technical requirements to meet client goals and acting as a liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups
* Training customers/partners to use their products.
* Preparing and developing proof of concept reports.
* Provide first-level support that is within the scope of the role.
* Assist Level 2 Support with troubleshooting more complex tickets.
* Monitor ticket queue and work tickets based on load and importance.
Qualifications:
* Must Speak and Type Fluent English / French
* Fresh graduates are accepted
* Effective communicator
* Fast learner
* Technical subject matter expert in Email Authentication Protocols (DMARC,SPF,DKIM,BIMI,MTA-STS,TLS-RPT)
* Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to perform under rigid time frames for multiple clients simultaneously
* Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
* Ability to work in a strong collaborative atmosphere
* Show initiative and be self-motivated
* Perform well in a fast-paced networked environment
* Flexibility and the ability to change priorities quickly
* Understanding of Cyber Security, Email Authentication (SPF/DKIM,DMARC,BIMI,MTA-STS,TLS-RPT)
