As a Wireless Network Engineering Technician, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

* 24/7 Wireless network configuration. Maintenance Window and on call support daily
* Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of network events and alarms
* Enable and support network swap activities - enablement of greenfield sites to densification cutovers
* Identify , resolve or take appropriate action for SW/HW issues across vendors (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson)
* Action security vulnerabilities and deploy parameters fixes across individual sites or entire network
* Software upgrade deployments, executing and troubleshooting errors to minimize customer impacts
* On demand support for internal and external stakeholders; optimization and performance rollouts and parameter changes
* Support network changes via script development and execution
* Support automation initiatives via testing and validation of tools and scripts
* Support trials and testing for various team with plan execution and analysis
* Rotation on once in 4 weeks receive calls and resolve problems (may change)

Compétences et expérience requises

Profile Main Requirements (must Have Qualifications)

* University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physic, mathematics or relevant experience in equivalent domain
* Great communication skills in English
* 3 years+ experience in commisionning and Support of the RAN Infrastructure (3G, LTE, 5G).
* 3 years+ experience in In-depth troubleshooting skills to analyze complex issues and acceptance of LTE/5G networksoftware. Understanding of various alarms and mitigation requirements.
* Understanding of applicable wireless technologies – RF hardware, system design and 3GPP industry standards, configuration, support and development of network infrastructures.
* Knowledge of various toolsets including NETACT, ENM, AMOS, MAE, Citrix, RBS/BTS etc.,
* Knowledge of vendor platforms and technologies.
* Practical knowledge of Linux, python-scripting language.
