Position: STEM Translation Evaluator

Type: Contract

Compensation: $35/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Flexible schedule

Role Responsibilities

* Review translated responses to STEM questions and rate the quality of translations.
* Write reference (golden) responses when necessary to guide translation standards.
* Provide clear and accurate judgments on translation quality in Modern Standard Arabic.
* Evaluate both technical accuracy and linguistic quality to enhance translation outputs.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve translation quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have

* Native or near-native Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic) speaker.
* Strong STEM background (degree or professional experience in science, engineering, math, or technology).
* Ability to evaluate both technical accuracy and linguistic quality.
