About The Role

We're looking for Prompt Writers to craft the questions, scenarios, and challenges that put AI through its paces — helping make it smarter, safer, and more genuinely capable.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and an inventive mind. No technical background or prior AI experience required — just a love of language, a knack for thinking outside the box, and a desire to do work that actually matters.

What You'll Do

* Craft original, diverse, and imaginative prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
* Design questions and scenarios that challenge AI reasoning, creativity, and factual accuracy
* Develop prompts that test AI for safety, consistency, and quality of response
* Follow style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency across projects
* Iterate and refine your prompts based on project feedback and evolving requirements
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* A creative thinker with strong written communication skills
* Comfortable writing clearly and compellingly across diverse topics and subject areas
* Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas, asking tough questions, and thinking laterally
* Detail-oriented and able to follow structured guidelines while bringing your own voice
* Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
* No technical, AI, or academic background required

Nice to Have

* Experience in writing, journalism, education, content creation, or communications
* Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
* Background in research, critical thinking, or creative problem-solving
* Broad general knowledge spanning multiple subject areas
