Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the IOC team to provide technical support and resolve system-related issues.
* Deliver day-to-day support in the use of IFS (CMMS/EAM system) for operational tasks.
* Generate and share routine and on-demand reports and analyses to drive improvements in equipment maintenance and reliability.
* Ensure accurate input of equipment data (EQU) in line with policies, procedures, and internal practices.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize maintenance and reliability processes influenced by IFS.
* Partner with super-users and subject matter experts across the organization to improve CMMS utilization, consistency, and functionality.
* Support special projects involving data entry, updates, and optimization of IFS systems.
* Contribute to the development and upkeep of procedures, guidelines, and training materials.
* Prepare and deliver weekly stoppage reports with analysis, working closely with shift engineers.
* Follow company safety systems and procedures, protect yourself and colleagues from unsafe acts, and contribute to zero accidents by reporting hazards.
* Uphold the company’s Code of Conduct and values, demonstrating integrity and accountability in all tasks.

* Master’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
* Strong computer skills, including IFS CMMS (or similar CMMS/EAM system), SQL databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of port terminal assets or maintenance operations is an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively in teams.
* Willingness to work shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
* Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods.
* Maintains a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
* Applies a continuous improvement mindset in daily tasks.
* Delivers results within agreed timelines and follows directions effectively.
