Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and execute the entire industrial project process from bidding, cost analysis from subcontractors, operations, client communications to subcontractor management.
* Participate in the pricing of new opportunities
* Communicate operational and project information with clients
* Ensure smooth project delivery and have the ability to operate the whole project process
* Act as Project Manager to ensure smooth project implementation, optimize project operations and ensure good economics
* Maintain good communication with clients, understand their needs in a timely manner, and provide professional solutions. Address customer complaints promptly and appropriately to improve customer satisfaction.
* Maintain good communication and cooperation with external parties such as suppliers, ports, ship owners, brokers, etc., and coordinate to resolve issues arising during transportation.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics management, project management, transportation, or related fields.

Work Experience:

* More than 7 years of experience in industrial projects logistics management, with experience in wind power projects being a plus. (Can be relaxed to more than 5 years if outstanding candidates)

Professional Skills:

* Strong project management skills, able to independently complete project planning, progress control, cost control, and other tasks.

Soft Skills:

* Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit
* Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
* Sincerely responsible and High self-motivated working style, ability to think and handle problems independently under pressure.
