Logistics Coordinator

Supply Chain Coordination

* Manage purchase orders, supplier communication, and shipment tracking.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics across warehouses, 3PLs, and distribution partners.
* Ensure compliance with customs, import/export documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Inventory & Order Management

* Monitor stock levels, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting.
* Work with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and manage replenishment cycles.
* Support e-commerce and retail distribution channels by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Logistics & Shipping

* Plan and schedule deliveries, balancing cost efficiency and lead times.
* Negotiate rates and contracts with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers.
* Address and resolve issues related to shipping delays, damages, or lost goods.

Process Optimization

* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline logistics and reduce costs.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on logistics KPIs.

Requirements

* 3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or ecommerce operations
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with order management platforms and tools like Shopify
* Experience with support platforms like Zendesk or Gorgias is a plus
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets and logistics dashboards
* Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
* Positive, customer-first attitude
