Step into a key leadership role on our casino floor. We’re looking for a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure fair and smooth gaming, and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities :

* Lead and supervise the casino floor team, including training staff on gaming procedures.
* Ensure compliance with casino policies, regulations, and operational standards.
* Manage guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
* Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and equipment readiness.

Profile :

* Proven experience managing casino operations and teams.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Professional presentation and the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
* Knowledge of casino systems and gaming regulations is a plus.
