In this context, we are recruiting our future Series Production Sales Engineer for our Tanger site.
Main Missions And Responsibilities
You ensure the commercial management and development of the key customer within your scope, focusing on the mass production phases.
Commercial Management And Customer Satisfaction
* Ensure the commercial management and development of a key customer in a specific region or product group.
* Guarantee the achievement of agreed sales and profitability targets.
* Manage customer alignment, satisfaction, and communication at all levels.
* Create a long-term relationship of trust and act as our "antenna" at the customer's site.
Series Production Monitoring And Change Execution
* Monitor and execute changes during the project phase and especially the mass production phase at the customer's site, in close collaboration with the project team and the plant.
* Prepare data for price negotiations with the support of Sales Managers / Directors.
* Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders (parts, tooling, D&D, etc.) and pricing documents.
Organization And Reporting
* Coordinate and review customer topics within the Trèves organization.
* Organize commercial meetings and other relevant meetings with the customer.
* Comply with sales reporting and management tools (PMT, Attack Plan, Business Plan, etc.) in accordance with Group procedures.
* Act in accordance with Group policies (Anti-corruption, HSE, Quality, IT Charter).
Engineer by training, you have successful initial experience acquired in an automotive industrial environment.
Key Skills And Abilities
* Technical and Tools: Product/Process Expertise (ability to quickly understand technical specifications and industrial processes). Proficiency in ERP, TMS, WMS software. Knowledge of SAP is a real plus.
* Commercial and Functional: Understanding of product price structure (cost, selling price) and knowledge of Customer Portals.
* Fluent English (Operational) is essential. Excellent intercultural interpersonal skills to interact with a diversity of contacts (customers, European plants).
* Soft Skills: Negotiator capable of ensuring a constructive and long-term relationship of trust with customers. Strong organization and planning (rigorous and reactive). High resilience to pressure and analytical sharpness.
