PROCESS ENGINEER

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Responsible for current serial production processes, supporting production in achieving availability, performance, and quality targets.

• Study, design, and development of process tools and machines (mechatronics field).

• Coordination and monitoring of industrialization phases with the various teams involved to ensure a smooth transfer to production.

• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for production processes.

• Coordinate the implementation of product changes in serial production.

• Ensure the production ramp-up of new projects.

• Analyze manufacturing methods and lead times using MTM (Methods-Time Measurement).

Required:

• Engineering degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, or a similar field.

-A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Effective team player with good interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
