Responsibilities:
* Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis:
* Lead or support structured problem solving (8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.) for internal and external quality issues.
* Facilitate cross-functional workshops to resolve chronic problems and reduce defect recurrence.
* Apply and promote the use of quality tools (Revers FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, etc.) in production areas.
* Ensure proper documentation and update of quality standards.
* Analyze non-conformities from audits, rejections, and customer complaints.
* Follow up on implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
* Support lean initiatives and participate in Kaizen or improvement projects.
* Monitor key quality KPIs and contribute to their improvement (FTT, PPM, scrap rate, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).
* Train operators, technicians, and support functions on quality standards and problem-solving techniques.
* Support deployment of quality culture on the shop floor.
Profile:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or related field.
* 1–2 years in quality or production engineering in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent writing skills in English.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
