For one of our Belgian IT services clients, we are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.

Role Overview

As a Senior System Engineer, you will work on a high-impact digital workplace project, focusing on deployment, configuration, and security of enterprise workplace environments. You will be the go-to expert for SCCM and Intune configurations, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), including:
* Software deployment
* Operating System Deployment (OSD)
* Task sequences
* Patch management
* Application packaging
* Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM):
* Device enrollment & Autopilot setup
* Compliance and configuration policies
* Conditional access setup
* Manage Azure Active Directory & Group Policies
* Perform Windows 10/11 hardening and apply security baselines
* Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues
* Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful implementation and support

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer in enterprise environments
* Proven expertise in SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune
* Strong understanding of Azure AD, Group Policy, and Windows 10/11 hardening
* Experience with compliance, security baselines, and deployment automation
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Bonus Skills:

* Experience with Linux environments
* Microsoft certifications (MD-101, AZ-104, or similar)
