🔍 Your Responsibilities :

📌 Support & Control :

• Ensure availability and traceability of evidence and scoring data

• Maintain documentation and support audit readiness

• Monitor incidents and anomalies via ServiceNow

• Track and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders

📊 Quarterly Campaigns & Reporting :

• Participate in quarterly reporting cycles

• Analyze data and build dashboards with Power BI and Excel

• Validate and challenge quality of submitted evidence

• Generate actionable KPIs for compliance tracking

📈 Oversight & Deliverables :

Monitor Level 1 & Level 2 activities of MTSB programs

Deliver dashboards, KPI reports, and executive summaries

Support decision-making with clear, structured reporting

🧠 Your Profile :

🎯 Technical Skills :

• Proficient with Excel and Power BI

• Experience with Level 2 support and KPI tracking

• Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus

💬 Soft Skills :

• Clear communicator, excellent writing & verbal skills

• Detail-oriented, analytical, autonomous

• Comfortable in a structured, international environment
