Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Casablanca. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer service excellence. The role involves both office work and work-from-home flexibility.

* Technical Support and Customer Service skills
* Excellent Communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* In-depth understanding of technical process
* Experience in sales with Food and Pharma industries will be a good advantage.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
