This role will be responsible for executing reconciliations within the operations department. This role requires a deep understanding of digital payments, e-money, and banking systems, along with comprehensive compliance knowledge in KYC, AML, and PCI-DSS. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Reconciliations between Mobile Wallet Platform and custodian bank and third party service providers ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Overlook the pre-funding, settlement, and adjustments process for third-party providers to maintain financial integrity.
* Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in settlement and reconciliation activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and PCI-DSS requirements as part of the settlement and reconciliation processes.
* Monitor transaction flows, detect potential risks, and implement measures to mitigate issues in settlement and reconciliation.
* Coordinate with banking partners, payment processors, and other stakeholders to resolve settlement and reconciliation-related challenges.
* Generate detailed reports on settlement and reconciliation activities, maintaining transparency and traceability.
* Continuously improve the settlement and reconciliation procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting digital payments, e-money, and banking operations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* +3 years of proven experience in a Settlement and/ OR Reconciliation role, preferably in a fintech, banking, digital payments, or e-money environment.
* Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and PCI-DSS compliance requirements.
* Expertise in digital payments, e-money, and banking operations.
* Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in settlement and reconciliation software or tools.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with payment gateways, e-wallets, and other digital payment solutions.
