Role Description This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in the Prefecture of Casablanca, focusing on Finance, Administration, and Human Resources. The intern will support daily finance activities such as invoice processing, expense tracking, basic reconciliations, and maintaining financial records. In administration, the intern will assist with document management, data entry, scheduling, office coordination, and support for internal processes and reporting. On the HR side, the intern will help with recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, and updating employee files and HR databases. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparing simple reports or presentations, and contributing to the improvement of internal workflows under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualifications
* Foundational finance and accounting knowledge, with the ability to handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, scheduling, and attention to detail.
* Interest in Human Resources, with the ability to support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR record-keeping.
* Comfort with digital tools and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
* Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with different teams.
* Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, Management, or a related field.
* Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and interest in the tech, mobility, or digital services sector.
