We're a fully remote organization with 11 teammates (soon to be 12 👋), including engineering, compliance, operations, growth, and customer success teams. We're headquartered in the Boston area, and our team spans Canada, the US, India, Nigeria, and Egypt.
About the Role
We're looking for a remote Senior Product Manager to own strategy, execution, and the systematic processes we currently lack. You'll translate inputs from across the organization into a clear roadmap that delivers on time. This is a player-coach role: manage the product AND build the infrastructure that will scale with us.
In this role, you'll orchestrate multiple parallel workstreams across web and mobile. You'll conduct user research, lead partner integrations, and collaborate with our 6 Engineers and contract Designer to ship features. You'll run agile ceremonies, instrument analytics, build dashboards, and present to leadership—moving between technical discussions, regulatory requirements, and data-driven decisions. Our product spans multiple investment plans and isn't intuitive yet—you'll make it simple for families.
Right now, we're at a critical inflection point. We're juggling our recently launched gifting feature, time-sensitive partnership integrations, and our core roadmap—all in parallel—while missing timelines and lacking visibility to track it all. Our Designer gets unstructured requests from everywhere. Engineering builds without comprehensive documentation. Leadership has no dashboards showing product health. You'll bring structure while continuing to ship, establishing foundational systems with significant autonomy.
Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 4-6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or fintech. You've built product operations from scratch—roadmaps, agile processes, workflows where none existed. You thrive on data: give you messy datasets, and you'll derive insights that move metrics. You must be metrics-obsessed—this is non-negotiable. You have technical depth to collaborate with Engineers and regulatory awareness to navigate compliance. You're a builder energized by creating order from ambiguity, shipping with bias for action. You're a stakeholder whisperer who synthesizes conflicting inputs from strong-willed Founders and influences without authority. You absorb complex domains rapidly (we "drink from the firehose" here) and bring design sensibility to work with our design-focused Leadership team.
Your performance will be measured by on-time delivery, quality of documentation and reporting, compliance adherence, process improvements, and impact on core metrics (activation, retention, engagement).
You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Growth, Customer Success, and channel partners. This position reports directly to our CEO.
You’ll be doing things like:
* Product Discovery & User Research: Conducting user interviews with new and existing customers; synthesizing feedback from customer success and existing investors; running surveys to identify pain points and opportunities.
* Strategic Product Planning: Prioritizing which feedback to act on; translating insights into product strategy and requirements; leading integration discussions with channel partners; breaking initiatives into milestones and managing dependencies; collaborating with Engineers on solution designs and architecture diagrams.
* Roadmap & Backlog Management: Taking end-to-end ownership of our product roadmap and backlog in JIRA; writing and grooming user stories with clear acceptance criteria; ensuring timely delivery of key features; managing multiple parallel workstreams.
* DesignOps & Workflow Management: Establishing design triage and intake processes from scratch; managing design requests from across the organization; coordinating with our contract Designer to organize work into sprints; creating pipeline visibility and integrating design with development cycles.
* Sprint Management & Quality Assurance: Running sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives; managing QA processes; triaging and prioritizing defects; ensuring releases; maintaining sprint health and velocity.
* Analytics, Dashboards & Executive Reporting: Instrumenting product analytics and tracking core KPIs (activation, retention, conversion, LTV); building and maintaining dashboards in Metabase; running A/B tests and iterating on results; providing leadership visibility through status reports and data-driven recommendations.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring product decisions meet financial regulations and PII protection standards; collaborating with compliance on feature reviews; preventing PII exposure issues; understanding SEC, FINRA, and RIA requirements.
* Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partnering with our Growth Marketing team to define product launch plans; ensuring successful feature adoption; measuring post-launch performance and iterating based on results.
Skills & Qualifications
* 4-6+ years of prior experience in Product Management roles, ideally within SaaS or fintech environments
* Deep understanding of building and scaling SaaS-based products (B2B and B2C digital platforms)
* Metrics obsession: Fluent in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and KPIs including activation, retention, conversion, LTV:CAC, and revenue metrics
* Proven track record managing roadmaps/backlogs in JIRA, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
* Experience running agile processes (sprint planning, standups, retros, QA) and establishing workflows from scratch
* Exceptional communication skills—able to influence without authority, align stakeholders, and present to executives
* Entrepreneurial, user-centric, outcome-focused mindset; comfortable with ambiguity
Bonus if you also have:
* Experience as a PM in fintech or other regulated industries with compliance oversight, PII handling, or financial regulatory requirements
* Personal investing experience or passion for financial products and wealth-building
* User research expertise—conducting interviews, usability tests, synthesizing qualitative insights
* Knowledge of cross-platform development (React Native, Flutter, native iOS/Android)
* Experience with design prototyping (Figma, Figma Make) or AI-coding (Cursor, Claude Code)
* Familiarity with growth loops, viral mechanics, and experimentation platforms
* Understanding of API design and technical architecture
* Familiarity with our tools: Metabase, JIRA, Mixpanel, Figma, Segment, Retool, Appsflyer, Customer.io, Intercom, Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub
Position Details
Working Hours: Any 8 hours between 7AM-5PM ET, with occasional weekend availability for emergencies when needed. Our team is committed to getting the job done together. Adjusts with Daylight Saving Time.

Compensation: ~USD$1,080–$1,494 (MAD 10K–13.8K)/month, based on experience and region. Structured as a Consultant Agreement (independent contractor), meaning you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and insurance.
