Senior External Communications & Public Relations Specialist

Job Purpose

* The senior external communications specialist is the main contact for the media, dealing with all media inquiries. As part of the sponsorship policy, he/she ensures the identification of opportunities, their planning, and the implementation of the company's related activities in order to the development and promotion of the company's brand & image

Main Scope/Responsibilities

* Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
* Arrange and organize press events, interviews, and press conferences
* Write press releases and prepare information for the media
* Liaise with media representatives
* Manage and analyze current affairs and media coverage of the Company and the competition
* Map JESAS's related stakeholders and issues under the manager's supervision
* Establish a mapping of the Group's sponsoring partners.
* Produce reports in order to capitalize on the company's participation in sponsoring actions.
* Propose sponsorship actions likely to have a return on investment on the company's brand image at the local, national, and international levels, in collaboration with the hierarchy.
* Ensure the monitoring and respect of the sponsorship strategy in collaboration with the hierarchy.
* Build corporate content in collaboration with different entities
* Develop/write content adapted to a specific context, objectives, channels, and target based on a brief

Education

* Education (Bachelor/Master/Ph.D): Master's Degree
* Curricula: Journalism / Communication / Political Science

Global Experience

* 3- 5 years minimum
