Marketing Associate

We’re Hiring: Marketing Associate (Remote) 🚀

At Gemography, we’re on a mission to connect fast-growing tech companies with talented engineers from Africa & LATAM. As we expand our operations, we need a Marketing Associate who can turn technical insights into stories that move engineering leaders to action.

You're expected to:

* Own our LinkedIn Newsletter: curate, write, and repurpose its contents and grow the subscriber base.
* Source and reach out to engineering leaders who inspire our target audience for content interviews.
* Craft interview questions that inspire interview guests to share high-value insights for our target audience.
* Transform interviews and raw transcripts into compelling LinkedIn posts and long-form pieces following our founder-led sales narrative.
* Drive our LinkedIn presence: craft copy, design visuals, schedule posts, and track what works.
* Experiment with new content formats and share ideas that push our content strategy further.
* Collaborate directly with the CEO, COO, CTO, and Growth Lead.

You have:

* Strong English copywriting and storytelling skills for B2B audiences
* Proven experience writing and managing content for LinkedIn
* Proven ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Strong self-organization and time management capabilities
* Ability to accept, keep track of, and capitalize on feedback
* A curiosity for Marketing fundamentals, best practices, trends, and related topics
* A track record of taking ownership of projects and initiatives is a plus
