We are now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help build that foundation.

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Senior Data Analyst who can transform performance data into actionable business decisions.

This is not a reporting-only role.

We are looking for someone who can identify patterns before others notice them, connect performance trends across platforms, and provide clear strategic recommendations that directly influence client growth and internal decision-making.

You will play a key role in shaping how the agency measures success, monitors performance, identifies opportunities, and scales operations through data-driven systems.

This is a build-focused position. You will help create the agency’s internal analytics infrastructure from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

* Own performance tracking and reporting across all active client accounts.
* Monitor and analyze both organic and paid performance metrics while maintaining clear separation between the two.
* Build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into client and campaign performance.
* Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across multiple platforms.
* Detect upsell opportunities and strategic recommendations through performance analysis.
* Monitor paid campaign performance daily and proactively identify issues before they impact client results.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
* Build and maintain scalable internal analytics systems and reporting workflows.
* Collaborate closely with strategists, media buyers, content teams, and leadership.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience working with marketing, social media, or performance analytics data.
* Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
* Experience building clean and organized dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to translate performance metrics into practical recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple data streams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

* Experience working within marketing agencies or media environments.
* Familiarity with paid media performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and retention analytics.
* Knowledge of social media growth analytics and audience behavior trends.
* Experience with automation tools, APIs, or data connectors.
* Familiarity with SQL, Python, or advanced spreadsheet functions is considered a strong advantage.
* Experience building scalable reporting systems and operational workflows.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to identify strategic business opportunities through data interpretation.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics and reporting workflows.
