We are launching an AI Engineering Readiness Program designed to help aspiring AI Engineers become competitive for AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AI Product roles.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a practicing AI Engineer, ML Engineer, AI Architect, or AI Leader to coach a cohort of aspiring AI professionals. We are looking for someone who builds, deploys, and works with AI systems in the real world and can help participants understand what employers actually expect.

Responsibilities
* Lead one 90-minute live session per week
* Guide 16 max participants through practical AI engineering concepts
* Review projects and provide feedback
* Discuss real-world AI architectures and deployment practices
* Share insights about industry expectations and hiring trends
* Help participants build recruiter-relevant portfolios

Ideal Candidate
* 7+ years in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, MLOps, or AI Engineering
* Experience deploying production AI systems
* Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Cloud AI
* Experience mentoring engineers or technical teams
* Excellent communication skills

Commitment
* 90 minutes per week
* 16-week cohorts

Compensation
* $250/hour
