Core capabilities: AWS cloud architecture and engineering, MLOps & LLMOps, Agentic AI, LLM cost optimization, and non-generative ML.

After more than a dozen successful client engagements, we are expanding our Morocco-based delivery team to serve a global market.

Role Overview

As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will own end-to-end architecture for enterprise clients, lead complex AWS initiatives, and mentor a growing team of cloud engineers. You’ll set technical standards, drive delivery excellence, and shape our internal platforms and accelerators. This role is client-facing and impact-focused, ideal for someone who would thrive in an early-stage, high-growth consultancy.

What You’ll Own

Client Delivery & Architecture

* Lead multi-account AWS architectures (Organizations, Control Tower, SCPs, IAM Identity Center)
* Design and implement Landing Zones, network topologies (VPC, TGW, PrivateLink), identity and security controls
* Build production-grade platforms: EKS/ECS, serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions), data platforms (S3/Lake Formation/Glue/Redshift), and CI/CD
* Embed security, governance, and compliance-by-design (CIS, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
* Establish observability and reliability (CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, DR/HA)
* Drive FinOps and cost optimization, including LLM/AI workload cost control

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

* Mentor and develop junior/mid-level engineers; lead architecture reviews and design decisions
* Define and enforce engineering standards, patterns, and reusable modules
* Contribute to hiring and capability building in the Morocco delivery hub

Internal Innovation & Growth

* Build reusable frameworks/accelerators (Landing Zone as Code, Terraform modules, pipelines)
* Contribute to internal platform development and service offerings
* Support pre-sales: solution design, estimates, SoWs, RFPs, client workshops

What We’re Looking For

Technical Mastery

* 5–10+ years designing/operating enterprise cloud systems; 2+ years hands-on with AWS
* Deep expertise in AWS multi-account strategy, Control Tower/Landing Zones, IAM, and network/security
* Strong IaC and automation: Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation
* Production experience with EKS/ECS, serverless, event-driven architectures (SQS/SNS), data services (RDS/Aurora/DynamoDB/Redshift)
* Security, compliance, and governance in regulated environments (financial services a plus)
* MLOps/LLMOps and data stack knowledge (SageMaker/Bedrock/ECR/model registry/vector DBs) is a strong plus

Leadership & Communication

* Proven technical leadership across cross-functional teams and vendors
* Excellent client-facing skills; able to translate complex tech into business value
* Mentorship mindset; experience setting standards and elevating team quality

Languages

* Professional English and French required; Arabic (Classical) is a plus

Certifications

* Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect – preferred (or willingness to pass quickly with company support)
* Security Specialty, DevOps Pro, or ML Specialty are nice to have
