Poste :

Main Job Responsibilities:

* Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business partners to analyze new Features
* Gather requirements and document in Jira/Confluence
* Collaborate with Developers and Testers to ensure requirements/acceptance criteria are clear and understood
* Update product documentation
* Participate in the testing process (review test cases, review test results, identify what tests are required in the regression test suite, identify what tests should be automated vs manual, etc.)

Required Skills:

* Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: The ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements effectively and iteratively : (Adept at breaking down large projects into smaller, manageable user stories and tasks, Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with their needs. Examples: facilitating workshops, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and using various elicitation techniques like prototyping and story mapping)
* Strong team player: ability to facilitate, negotiate, and work within a multi-domain team environment
* Testing processes: work with the QA team to define test scope and objectives, review test cases and test execution results, and provide feedback, triage defects (Ensure that test cases adequately cover all scenarios and edge cases. Help define test datasets. Analyze test results, triage, and prioritize defects)
* Technical Proficiency: A basic understanding of technology and software development processes is essential to be able to effectively communicate with developers, understand technical constraints, and contribute meaningfully to technical discussions: (Examples include performing SQL queries, being able to write mapping documents between system A and system B, understanding JSON and XML payloads, and the ability to interpret technical documentation)
* Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to balance stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, and project timelines. Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure(Examples include identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, analyzing conflicting requirements, and finding creative solutions to complex problems)

Other Skills/Nice to have :

* Clear communication skills in French and English (spoken and written): ability to 'translate' technical explanations to business stakeholders.
* Familiar with Confluence; JIRA is a must-have
* Familiarity with the XRAY plugin for Jira or other testing tools is a must-have.
* Deep understanding of Agile Methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework. This includes knowing how to participate effectively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Scaled Agile Framework Product Owner experience is an asset.
