Role Description
· Develop & maintain relationships with the Airlines, GSSA & major clients.
· Develop new business opportunities and generate profitable turnover in order to meet & exceed business target.
· Create strategies, build business networks and cross-sale to strengthen the company's customer base and enhance the business diversity.
· Research and keep trend on customer needs, market intelligence, competitive activities, and potential new products and services.
· Timely follow up on sales leads, ensure leads are answered and qualified/processed.
· Participate in RFQ & ensure tenders are replied in timely manner.
· Ensure Account Receivable within Credit Authorization at always.
· Participate BSA negotiations and conclusion.
. Frequent travels nationally & internationally.
Qualifications
* Min of 8 years successful experience in Airfreight
* Knowledge of Import and Export processes
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Masters degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* Ability to create and maintain high level network with Moroccan Business
* Mature
* Pragmatic
* Team player
* Advanced analytical skills
* Proficient in French & English at least
