About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Operations Engineer to join an international cybersecurity team and contribute to the protection of critical IT environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, compliance monitoring, and the continuous improvement of cybersecurity practices across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities :

* Lead and support day-to-day cybersecurity operations activities.
* Monitor, analyze, and coordinate the response to security incidents and cyber threats.
* Drive vulnerability management initiatives and ensure remediation follow-up.
* Oversee security monitoring processes and contribute to incident investigations.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to strengthen security posture.
* Monitor security KPIs, KRIs, and service performance metrics.
* Support audit remediation activities and compliance initiatives.
* Contribute to the deployment and adoption of cybersecurity tools and services.
* Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity best practices and operational security matters.
* Participate in global cybersecurity programs, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Promote security awareness and foster a strong security culture across the organization.

Required Profile :

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
* Strong experience in Security Operations and Incident Response.
* Proven expertise in several of the following areas:
* Vulnerability Management
* Application Security
* Security Incident Management
* Network Security
* Endpoint Security
* Data Protection
* Security Governance

Technical Skills :

* Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and best practices.
* Knowledge of modern threat landscapes and security monitoring methodologies.
* Experience working with security technologies such as EDR, WAF, IPS, DLP, SIEM, and related solutions.
* Cloud Security knowledge is considered a plus.
* Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, GCIH, or equivalent are a plus.
