Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Engineer based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Presales Engineer will collaborate with sales teams to analyze client requirements, design tailored security and infrastructure solutions, prepare technical proposals, and present solutions to clients. Responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting in product integration strategies, and acting as a key liaison to address technical questions. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years Experience in Network Solutions Presales , with a proven ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
* Technical Support skills, including the ability to troubleshoot, solve technical issues, and support client requirements comprehensively.
* Proficiency in Design, Integration for networks, or infrastructure equipment.( LAN, WAN,SDWAN,Wifi,NAC,NDR .....)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to create customized, efficient Networks solutions
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
* Fluency French & English is an asset, along with familiarity with Moroccan regulations in the areas of Network infrastructure projects.
* Ideally having Cisco & Fortinet Presales & Delivery Certifications
