We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support and elevate our Agile teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile principles and capable of fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

✅Key Responsibilities

* Agile & Scrum Expertise : Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with full mastery of roles, ceremonies, and guiding principles.
* Facilitation & Coaching : Ability to coach teams towards autonomy, high performance, and increased Agile maturity, while facilitating effective Agile practices.
* Impediment Management : Proactively identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring steady flow and focus.
* Leadership & Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement : Champion retrospective practices, leverage Agile metrics, and promote a learning culture within and across teams.
