We are currently seeking a Science Teacher to inspire and engage students across the sciences, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for discovery. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the UK curriculum, using innovative teaching methods to make learning both challenging and accessible.

The ideal candidate will create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and inquiry-based learning, while maintaining high standards of discipline and safeguarding. The post holder will also be responsible for planning, assessing, and reporting on student progress, and for supporting each student in reaching their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Science lessons in line with the UK curriculum.
* Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for scientific inquiry among students of all abilities.
* Assess, record, and report on students’ progress in accordance with school policies.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management, discipline, and safeguarding.
* Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, moderation, and cross-curricular initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic performance and well-being.
* Support school events, extracurricular activities, and pastoral responsibilities as required.
* Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) to strengthen subject knowledge and teaching practice
