Key Responsibilities

* Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with local study abroad agencies to promote our universities.
* Support student recruitment through agency channels and direct engagement.
* Build, manage, and expand collaborations with international universities, multinational corporations, and local associations.
* Represent the Group in Morocco, acting as the main liaison with institutional partners, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
* Lead the local team, ensuring performance targets and business goals are achieved.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field is preferred.
* Prior experience in international education, higher education recruitment, or marketing is preferred.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Fluency in French/Arabic and English is mandatory; Chinese is a strong advantage.
* Knowledge of the Moroccan higher education and study abroad industry is highly preferred.
