We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered High School Learning Support Teacher specializing in Mathematics to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individualized and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs, collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum, and implement strategies that promote academic success in mathematics.

Responsibilities:

• Support students in mathematics through targeted interventions and accommodations.

• Collaborate with subject teachers to modify lessons, assessments, and materials.

• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or learning support plans.

• Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents and staff.

• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Certification in Special Education/Learning Support.

• Experience teaching or supporting high school mathematics.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
