About The Role
We're seeking a hands-on Sales Team lead who excels at high-ticket closing and can build sales infrastructure while driving revenue. This unique role combines strategic sales operations with hands-on deal execution.
What You'll Do
Sales Execution & Closing:
* Conduct discovery calls, demos, and close high-ticket clients directly
* Handle complex negotiations for monthly retainers ($3,500-$10,000+)
* Master and execute our proven sales framework and closing sequences
* Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
Sales Operations & Systems:
* Implement and configure our sales technology stack (CRM, analytics, tracking)
* Establish and monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics
* Create and maintain sales dashboards for real-time performance tracking
* Develop sales processes, scripts, and standard operating procedures
Training & Team Development:
* Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs
* Conduct weekly training sessions on objection handling and closing techniques
* Create training materials including scripts, role-play scenarios, and case studies
* Mentor and coach team members on sales methodology and best practices
* Implement certification programs for different sales skill levels
* Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs based on results
Performance Management:
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
* Conduct performance reviews and provide data-driven coaching
* Optimize sales workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates
* Manage sales pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
Must Have:
* 3+ years closing high-ticket monthly contracts ($1,500+)
* Proven experience with CRM setup and sales technology configuration
* Strong background in establishing sales KPIs and performance metrics
* Expertise in cold outreach, prospecting, and complex deal negotiation
* Technical proficiency in sales dashboard creation and data analysis
* Experience documenting sales processes and building sales infrastructure
