🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research, identify new customers, and explore new business opportunities in assigned territories.
* Build sustainable relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Achieve annual sales and profit targets through strategic collaboration with customers.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Bimaks Kimya’s presence in French speaking markets.
* Manage existing accounts, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Follow up and handle customer shipping documents, payments, and deliveries etc.
* Respond to customer queries and complaints, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
* Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, technical, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
* Participate in industry fairs, exhibitions, and client visits as required.
* Provide monthly sales activity reports.
🔹 Qualifications
* We are searching for dynamic members for our rapidly growing organization, Bimaks Kimya.
* University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
* Native-level French, good command of English
* Advanced computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong problem-solving skills and openness to learning.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
* Strong time management: able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities.
* Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
