Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist in the Rabat Metropolitan Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying customer needs, and promoting the company's medical devices for regenerative medicine and implants. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, maintaining customer relationships, and providing product training to ensure optimal use. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the sales management team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve sales targets
* Competence in Training clients on product use and features
* Experience in Sales Management
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
