About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative Intern to support our business development activities. This internship offers a structured learning experience in the data and AI industry, hands-on exposure to B2B sales, and the opportunity to work directly with our Business Development Manager in Morocco.

This is an excellent opportunity for:

* Recent graduates or current students with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, International Business, or any related field with a commercial or sales orientation.
* Students completing their final-year graduation project (Projet de Fin d’Études) are welcome to apply.

The internship is fully remote, open to candidates based in Morocco, and designed to help you build real sales skills in the industry of the future while contributing to Agoya’s growth in Europe and Africa.


Your Internship Journey

Week 1: Understanding the Industry

* Introduction to Agoya’s services and business model
* Training on the data & AI realm
* Understanding current client challenges and our value propositions


Week 2: Sales Foundations & Tools

* Training on modern prospecting and sales methodologies
* Introduction to sales tools:
* CRM
* Automation tools
* Prospecting tools such as Lusha, Apollo
* Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
* Cold-calling and emailing frameworks, and value messaging


Weeks 3-12: Hands-on Sales Execution

You will support real sales actions and market penetration activities:

* Market and competitor analysis
* Prospecting and outreach support
* Setting up and managing prospecting automations
* Lead qualification and setting up meetings
* Account analysis to identify opportunities
* Participating in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions
* Learning how to generate, qualify, and close opportunities effectively

At the end of the internship, you will receive an Internship Certificate/Attestation de Stage and will have gained practical, high-value sales experience from strategy to closing, and possibly a permanent paid contract based on your performance.
