Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Account Executives, based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with Openfair’s services. Key responsibilities include managing sales processes, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.


Qualifications

* Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and presentation abilities
* Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and sales tracking software
* Ability to identify opportunities, understand market needs, and provide customized solutions
* Self-motivated with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* Experience in the technology or acquisitions industry is a plus
* Fluency in English is a MUST
