PURPOSE

Elopak is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and expand our portfolio across North Africa. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities


* Identify and develop new business opportunities; achieve sales targets.
* Manage and develop key accounts across North Africa.
* Develop and execute annual sales plans, monitor performance and growth opportunities.
* Lead the full sales process, including proposals and customer acquisition.
* Support presales activities with presentations and product demonstrations.
* Provide market analyses, forecasts, and reporting to internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strong customer support.
* Travel across the region when required.

Qualifications


* University Degree or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in System Sales.
* Solid understanding of FMCG and beverage carton packaging systems.
* Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficient MS Office tools.
* Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
