Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and achieve sales targets in Morocco. The ideal candidate will leverage strong industry networks and technical expertise to expand market share, manage client relationships, and support product innovation in the power and utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Identify and acquire new customers while expanding opportunities with existing clients.
* Analyze potential product and customer needs to inform business growth.
* Collaborate with the R&D team to support new product development and resolve technical/commercial issues.
* Participate in bidding, tendering, and preparation of technical sales documents.
* Monitor competitor activity and ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain competitive.
* Represent the company in business meetings and accept frequent overseas business trips.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* 5–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in power AMI, distribution products, water/gas meters, or communication modules.
* Strong industry network and resources in the Morocco power/utilities market.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* Target-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in closing high-value sales.
* Willingness to undertake frequent international business travel.
