Plutus21 Partners is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Lead in Casablanca.

This role is about leading the SDR team, driving pipeline growth, and ensuring consistent performance. You will manage day-to-day activities, coach SDRs, and work closely with sales leadership to hit company targets.

Responsibilities


* Lead, mentor, and support the SDR team to achieve pipeline and meeting goals.
* Develop playbooks, scripts, and strategies to improve prospecting success.
* Monitor daily activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and ensure quality standards.
* Track team performance using CRM (Salesforce) and provide regular reports.
* Work with sales and marketing to align outreach campaigns and messaging.
* Train new SDRs and provide ongoing coaching for skill development.
* Optimize workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency.
* Be the point of escalation for SDR challenges or key prospect conversations.


Requirements


* Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in sales development or business development.
* 12 years in a leadership or team lead role (preferably managing SDRs/BDRs).
* Proven record of building pipeline and leading teams to exceed targets.
* Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
* Excellent communication and coaching skills in English (French is a plus).
* Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive performance.
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
