Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records of interactions and client details in our CRM

* Provide outstanding customer service and support to existing clients

Requirements

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

* Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software
