We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative / Telesales Agent to join our dynamic and fast-growing sales team, focused on lead qualification and follow-up across the European region.


Main Responsibilities:


* Contact and qualify leads generated through our marketing channels (web forms, email subscriptions, events).
* Quickly initiate meaningful first contact with prospects or existing clients.
* Analyze prospects' needs, challenges, and goals to identify how our solutions can meet them.
* Schedule follow-ups to guide and support leads throughout their decision-making process.
* Assess lead readiness to ensure only sales-qualified prospects are passed on to the sales team.
* Accurately update all lead details, interactions, and competitive intelligence in Salesforce CRM.
* Schedule qualified meetings and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
* Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
* Meet your KPIs: follow-up timeliness, conversion rates, monthly meetings booked, and lead quality.
* Manage leads across the European region, with full professional fluency in both French and English.

Profile:


* Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales or telesales.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
* Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) — a must for European lead management.
* Demonstrated success in consistently meeting lead generation and prospecting targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer problem-solving skills.
* Strong organization and time management with great attention to detail.
* Curious and eager to learn about new industries and technical products.
* Comfortable working collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.
