Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Prefecture of Casablanca for a Commercial Showroom. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the showroom, assisting customers, handling sales transactions, maintaining inventory, coordinating with suppliers for purchasing, and managing customer accounts. Furthermore, the role entails ensuring excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven Sales experience and skills in handling sales transactions
* Experience in Purchasing and coordinating with suppliers
* Account Management skills for managing customer accounts
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Team player with the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in relevant software applications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
