Role Description The Sales Associate role at Hs770 is a full-time, on-site position based in Rabat. The Sales Associate is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product selections to ensure a positive buying experience. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product features and benefits, answering questions, processing sales transactions, and handling returns or exchanges in line with company policies. The role also involves maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales area, monitoring stock levels, and communicating customer feedback to the team. Sales Associates collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and uphold company standards for service and professionalism.
