Responsibilities:
* Conduct safety assessments and risk analysis of high-voltage (HV) systems, including electric powertrains and batteries.
* Evaluate high-voltage architecture to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Ensure compliance with relevant automotive safety standards (ISO 6469, IEC 61851, ISO 21498, etc.) for high-voltage systems.
* Provide guidance on international and regional regulations regarding electric vehicle safety.
* Implement design improvements and best practices to mitigate risks related to electrical arcs, shorts, thermal runaway, and other high-voltage hazards.
* Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams. Enhance team members' expertise in high-voltage safety topics.
* Technical Skills: Expertise in high-voltage safety standards and automotive regulations, including SAE J2464, SAE J2344, IEC 60664, ISO 6469, R100, etc.
* Strong experience with HV systems, electrical powertrains, and associated components. High-voltage safety certification.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements:
