Robotics & STEM Mentor

Are you someone who believes that learning should be playful and meaningful? Do you see robotics, programming and design as tools to spark curiosity, teamwork, and creativity in young minds? Mindcraft is looking for a Robotics Mentor to join our mission of making STEM education accessible and exciting for kids and teens.

Responsibilities:

* Lead weekly workshops and training sessions
* Mentor students through project-based learning, competitions, and innovation challenges
* Create an inclusive, safe, and inspiring learning environment
* Adapt instruction based on skill levelsTrack student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Collaborate with our team on curriculum updates and new initiatives

Requirements

* Background in engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related field (students and recent graduates are welcome)
* A strong communicator and positive role model for kids and teens
* Comfortable managing a small classroom
* Availability to work weekends or weekday afternoons
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging way
* Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus

* Contract & Compensation
* We start with a session-based contract, offering compensation per session during your initial period.
* After six months — following successful training, certification, and performance review — the role transitions to a full-time CDI contract.
* Compensation includes both a fixed and a variable component based on results, reflecting your impact and contributions to our programs.
