The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Responsable Capital Humain to establish and lead our Human Capital function in Marrakech. This is not just a role, but a mission to design, organize, and animate a dynamic talent ecosystem.

You will manage and develop our living talent database, ensuring each profile is tracked, supported, and positioned internally (NoveXperience) or on client projects (HiveXperience).

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and structure the Human Capital department in Marrakech
* Lead the talent pool strategy: scoring, monitoring, and repositioning talents
* Ensure retention and redeployment of talents between NoveXperience and HiveXperience projects

* Proven experience in setting up HR processes within a growing organization
* Strong skills in structuring, documenting, and tracking talent management activities
* A deep understanding of human engagement, relationship building, and proactive anticipation of needs
