Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment research & Mapping Specialist to join our dynamic team. This crucial role entails mapping out new markets, building talent pools, and ensuring accurate representation of candidates in our CRM system. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information and collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Pitchbook, company websites, and online articles to conduct market research and identify potential candidates.
2. Create and manage talent pools for specific areas of specialization, ensuring comprehensive coverage and skill alignment.
3. Update and maintain candidate profiles within our CRM system (Vincere), ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
4. Conduct regular market scans to gather intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent movements.
5. Verify and update contact information of candidates, leveraging various sources and tools.
6. Collaborate with division leaders, marketing, talent acquisition, and senior directors to support their initiatives and provide insights.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to address talent gaps and business needs.
8. Work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating resilience and agility.
9. Continuously monitor and improve research quality and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Business fluent level of English (written and verbal).
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
3. 2 to 3 years’ experience in the recruitment field (recruitment agencies preferably).
4. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Excellent research abilities, with a knack for uncovering valuable insights.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with Vincere is a plus).
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow professionally.
10. Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
